A: Absolutely. The DLLC has approved AZLiquorTraining.Com to teach both On Sale and Off Sale Basic and Management classes. AZLiquorTraining.Com not only provides on-line classes but in-person training as well. Everyone involved in AZLiquorTraining.Com has intimate working knowledge of the hospitality industry to ensure you get the most up to date comprehensive instruction available.

Q: My employer is requiring all potential employees to have DLLC approved liquor training. Is this a State law?

AT THIS TIME The DLLC does not require it for every employee (it is required for controlling persons and managers). However, Arizona law mandates that every Licensee is responsible make sure that every employee who handles liquor is familiar with Arizona liquor laws.

Q: Does AZLiquorTraining.Com offer live on-site/in-person training classes?

A: AZLiquortraining.Com offers in-person classes. Please contact us for statewide scheduling availability.

Q: Do I need printing capabilities to print my certificate?

A: Yes, upon completion of the course(s) you will be Able to login to your Account and click on "View Completion Certificates" For immediate Download and Printing.

Q: How do I get a replacement copy of my certificate?

A: You Are Always able to Re-Print Your Certificate From your Account page, if unavailable Then please contact SUPPORT FOR ASSISTANCE.

Q: What do I do if I do not see my completed training certificate ?

A: Please contact us immediately via email or telephone and we will correct the situation and make sure you receive your certificate in a timely fashion.

Q: Can you fax or email my certificate to me or my employer as I need it in a hurry?

A: Yes, just call or e-mail us and let us know where to send the fax. Better yet, we can scan it to you.

Q: Can I take classes if I do not work in the hospitality industry or want to serve spirituous liquor?

Yes, anyone can take these classes to learn more about spirituous liquor law and service in Arizona.

Q: I'm am under the age of nineteen (19) and legally cannot serve alcohol. Can I still take AZLiquorTraining.Com class(es)?

A: Absolutely. You may take class(es) as there is no minimum age requirement governing who and how old one must be to take approved DLLC liquor training classes. Arizona's minimum age requirement to serve spirituous liquor is nineteen (19) years of age so an underage individual may take class(es) in advance and anticipation of entering the hospitality industry. Certificate(s) are only valid for the time frames printed upon it.

Q: I have been promoted from a bus person to server or server to bartender, must I get re-certified?

A. No. Your Basic training certificate is good for three years. However, now you may be asked by your employer to take the management course.

Q: I have liquor training from another State and have now moved to Arizona, can I still use my previous State certification?

A: No, the DLLC only accepts Arizona liquor training certificates from  its authorized TITLE IV providers.

Q: My training certificate(s) are expiring, what is the process to become re-certified?

A: Currently there is no re-certification process for any class(es). You will have to register for new the class(es) and start the certification process from the beginning.

Q: I never used my certification, can it be extended?

A: No. Once the certificate(s) expire you must re-take the course.

Q: How long is the certificate good for?

A: Basic training is valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance and Management training is valid for a period of Three (3) years from the date of issuance.

Q: I misplaced/forgot my access code and/or password, how can I login to AZLiquorTraining.Com and gain access to my account?

A: Just contact us and one of our staff will look it up so that you may re-access your account.

Q: What do I do if I do not have an Email address.

A: An Email address is required to register for any class on AZLiquorTraining.Com. Your Email address is used to identify students in our database. The Email address submitted in the registration process will be the one in which all AZLiquorTraining.Com correspondence will be sent.

Q: I received an error saying the Email address submitted is already in use, what should I do?

A: It is quite possible that you or someone using this Email address has taken class(es) through AZLiquorTraining.Com. Please make sure to use the same access code and password when logging in. In the event that problems continue to exist please contact us and we will get you back into your account.

Q: What are the costs of the classes on AZLiquorTraining.Com?

A: All Basic classes are $30.00 per person. All Management classes are $50.00 per person. Please contact us for rules and restrictions for group and company discounts.

Q: Someone other than the individual registering is paying for the class(es), is this permitted?

A: Yes. The information of the individual that is actually taking the course to become certified must to be entered into the registration fields where indicated. The payment method (credit card number / ATM card number) will be entered in the payment section. The individual who owns or is supplying the payment method, should only enter their personal information in the payment section.

Q: What are the accepted forms of payment on AZLIquorTraining.Com?

A: AZLiquorTraining.Com accepts payment in the form of any major credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, ATM card bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Q: When and how can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately AZLiquorTraining.Com does not offer refunds or credit for any pre-paid class(es) whether or not the class(es) are completed or a training certificate is printed out. Please make sure that you are taking the correct class(es) for either On Site or Off Site as well as Basic or Management.

Q: Does my employer own my certificate?

A: No. Training certificates are the property of the individual whose name appears on the training certificate. We recommend you make a copy of your training certificate and keep it in a safe place.

Q: How long are classes?

A: The DLLC requires that On Sale Basic training is Three (3) hours and On Sale Management is two (2) hours. Off Sale Basic training lasts two (2) hours as well as Off Sale Management which is required to be two (2) hours.

Q: Can I forward to the next lesson or section after I have completed a previous lesson or section?

A: Arizona State law requires individuals to participate and complete classes for a set number of hours. This helps ensure that students have time to read and comprehend the information before moving on to the next lesson or section. For this reason, individuals are unable to move forward to the next lesson or section until the required time has been reached for each lesson or section.

Q: A web page closed, froze or will not move forward while I was taking the course, what do I do?

A: While we never anticipate any web based issues on our end this may occur. In the event  something occurs preventing  completion of a web page, section or tutorial please first double check your internet connection as well as computer performance or firewall settings to see if that cures the problem. If not, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the problem in a timely fashion.

Q: How long do I have to complete the class(es) once I register and pay for it?

A: Once you begin acourse you will have seven (7) calendar days from that point  to complete the class(es). When logging out of a class you will be able to log back in anytime as AZLiquorTraining.Com is open 24/7. You may log in and out of the class(es) as many times as you need in this seven (7) calendar day period.
